Terms of Service

VidShark (the "Service", "we", "us", "our") is a faceless AI video generator operated by LeadShark OÜ, a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Estonia (registry code: 16981081, registered office: Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia). Contact: info@leadshark.io.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service available at vidshark.ai and any subdomains. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VidShark generates short cinematic videos from text prompts. The Service is deliberately limited to three formats: Story (historic / explainer cartoons), Product (SaaS demos), and Mindset (philosophical, motivational shorts). Outputs are faceless — the Service does not generate AI avatars, talking heads, or synthetic personas of real people. Renders use third-party AI models (currently Google Veo via fal.ai for video, ElevenLabs for narration, Google Gemini for prompt expansion). The mix of providers may change without notice.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to purchase a paid plan or top-up. By using the Service you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You sign in via Supabase (email + password or supported OAuth providers). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for any activity under your account, and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate. Promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Usage of the Service is metered in credits. One credit pays for one finished 8-second scene render. A multi-clip video uses one credit per scene (e.g. a 32-second video uses 4 credits).

• •Free tier: 5 credits granted once on signup. No card required.
• •Pro: €/USD-equivalent priced monthly subscription that grants 25 credits per billing cycle.
• •Apex: monthly subscription that grants 100 credits per billing cycle plus API access, webhooks, and priority queue.
• •Top-up packs: one-time purchases of 10, 25, 50 or 150 credits. Top-up credits do not expire.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe billing portal linked from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the Free tier.

Refunds. Failed scene renders are automatically refunded to your credit balance — you are never charged for renders the Service could not complete. Used credits are non-refundable. We do not refund the unused portion of an active billing cycle on cancellation; you keep access for the remainder of that cycle.

EU consumer right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting to use credits (whether allocated by subscription or top-up) during this period, you expressly request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal with respect to credits consumed.

Prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT or other indirect taxes, which will be added at checkout where required. Stripe Inc. is our payment processor and a recipient of personal data necessary to process payments (see our Privacy Policy).

You agree not to use the Service to generate, request, or distribute content that:

• •Infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• •Depicts identifiable real persons in a manner that could mislead viewers about their views, statements, or conduct (the Service is faceless by design — talking-head prompts are out of scope).
• •Constitutes hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, or any content unlawful where you reside or where the Service is delivered.
• •Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically replicate the Service, except through documented public API endpoints used in accordance with these Terms.
• •Probes, scans, or tests the vulnerability of the Service or attempts to bypass security or authentication.
• •Generates extreme volume not consistent with normal human or agent use, with the deliberate intent to degrade Service performance for other users.

You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it. Generated content may inadvertently contain inaccuracies, biases, or material that resembles existing works; the Service does not warrant any specific quality or suitability.

Your inputs. You retain all rights you had in the prompts, ideas, style hints, and any other material you submit ("Inputs"). You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit your Inputs and that doing so does not infringe any third-party right.

Your outputs. Subject to compliance with these Terms and to the limitations of the underlying model providers' terms (notably Veo and ElevenLabs), you own the finished video and narration outputs generated for you ("Outputs"). You are free to use Outputs commercially.

Licence to us. You grant LeadShark OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, process, and display your Inputs and Outputs for the sole purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. We do not sell your Inputs or Outputs, and we do not use them to train third-party models.

The Service relies on probabilistic AI models. Outputs may be factually inaccurate, stylistically inconsistent, or unsuitable for any particular purpose. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, journalism, or research. You are solely responsible for the use and publication of Outputs, including any rights clearances, disclosures, or platform-specific labels applicable in your jurisdiction.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including (without limitation) fal.ai (Veo video generation), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech narration), Google (Gemini prompt expansion), Cloudflare R2 (object storage), Supabase (authentication + database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and PostHog (product analytics). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not commit to a specific uptime during the current V0 phase; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or pricing at any time. Where a change is materially adverse to active paying subscribers (for example, a price increase to an existing plan), we will provide reasonable advance notice and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account on reasonable notice (or immediately, in the case of breach of Section 6, fraud, or non-payment). Termination does not entitle you to a refund of the unused portion of an active billing cycle except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Except to the extent prohibited by mandatory law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadShark OÜ, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or content, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to LeadShark OÜ in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold LeadShark OÜ harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your misuse of the Service, or (iii) any Output you publish, distribute, or otherwise use in violation of any third-party right or applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Harju County, Estonia, have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, save that consumers domiciled in the European Union retain the right to bring proceedings before, or to be sued in, the courts of their country of domicile, as mandated by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes that adversely affect your rights, we will provide notice by email or through the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and LeadShark OÜ regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
